甘瑞丰，男，讲师，研究生导师。大连海事大学刑法学硕士，台湾海洋大学刑法学博士（在读）。

研究领域及方向：

领域：刑法学、海洋行政法等。

方向：海上犯罪与海上犯罪侦查、刑法学理论、海洋行政法等。 

主要社会兼职：

兼任中国太平洋学会海洋维权与执法研究分会理事，辽宁省海洋法学研究会理事，辽宁省法学会民族法治研究会会员，大连市刑法学研究会会员，沈阳青少年生涯规划研究会会员等。

主要著作：《办理海上行政案件证据规范指南》《股东权利义务问题研究》等。主持或参与国家、省部级等科研课题10余项。
